Job Description
Primary focus would be to lead business development efforts/generating revenue and to grow our network in UAE.
Excellent connections in the leading hospitality chains in the UAE ( Hotel chains/Restaurant chains/ Nightclubs , Pubs chains)
Connections in the tourism sector in the governmental entities (museums /club houses )
Knowledgeable in providing FF&E turnkey solutions for hospitality spaces
Own the full sales cycle, from lead-gen / lead qualification & prospecting to closing deals and handing over for efficient project delivery, exemplary account management and client satisfaction
Develops and builds meaningful and lasting relationships with key decision and influential contacts at the customer organization
Work systematically towards achieving annual targets, and providing periodic updates to the business head
Creating relevant, high-quality proposals in conjunction with supporting team to capture the prospects requirements and exceed them.
Anticipating and creating objection handling lists ahead of each sales pitch, in readiness for effective partnership discussions.
Work with marketing, project and technical teams and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs and ensure a smooth and successful delivery.
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
Knowledgeable in Design & Procurement ,fulfill their unique needs for hospitality case goods and soft seating
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors Degree from a reputed University with Minimum 2 years experience OR Diploma with minimum 4 years experience in a Multinational/ Multicultural Environment.
Good Communication and presentation skills.
Analytical and decision making skills.
Persuasive and negotiation skills.
Previous experience in a Furniture / Interior design industry is an advantage.
Fluency in English with Arabic an added advantage.
Valid UAE Driving License.
