Job Responsibilities
- Handle front office duty. Handle complaints and feedback of guests.
- To keep up a high service standard and smooth operation.
- Attends promptly to Guest inquiries and assists them with their needs politely and in a friendly manner
- Nationality preferred – Jordanian under Husbands/Fathers Visa
Job Requirements
- Should have minimum 1 year experience in similar role
- Qualification: Bachelors Degree/ Secondary / Diploma Holder
- Good Communication Skills in English and Arabic
- Should be flexible
- Should be willing to wear Abaya & Sheilah
