About the Client: A fine dining restaurant and lounge that will serve authentic Uzbekistan and international cuisines. Job Description: ? Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant ? Work with the Restaurant Manager to set and meet sales and profitability targets, ensuring that the restaurant is operating within budget ? Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with health and safety regulations and that all staff are adhering to proper sanitation and hygiene practices. ? Assist in the hiring, training, and scheduling of restaurant staff. ? Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance, provide feedback and set goals for improvement.

Requirements
Position Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus uniform, tips, and service charge Job Location: Dubai, UAE Qualifications: ? Open to any Russian speakers and other Europeans ? up to 40 y/o and below ? At least 4 years’ experience in the UAE; at least 2 years in the similar role ? Experience in a fine dining or Michelin starred restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages is required
