What you’ll do

• The purpose of the project is to ensure the cadence as per the Global guidelines of Signify is practiced across all METAP Org and enable us to indulge in knowledge sharing through learning + sharing sessions within the DP community, thereby building on the capability of the DPs (FFF) to further strengthen the planning process. Establish efficient and unfied SIOP processes to better serve our customers and ensure our growth objectives are reached.

• With the successful implementation of the project will be able to deliver,

1. improvement to our Demand Forecast Accuracy scores

2. maintain optimum inventory levels across market

3. cut down on slow moving inventories

4. quality of inventory management (ABC)

5. to increase FFF capability of the Demand Planners

What you’ll need

• Proven capability to rapidly understand, use and drive improvements in new processes/systems

• Demonstrates ability to design and execute business processes around customer needs of commercial/industrial/consumer markets, customers and services/products

• expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of functional objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways

• Uses skills to contribute to development of new ways of working to achieve project goals

• Understanding in Global demand planning, forecasting or Sales & Operations related functions

• Uses professional concepts to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
