Stage Properties Brokers LLC is one of the most fast-growing Real Estate Company in Dubai and Lebanon is hiring for a Head of Marketing Department.

As a Manager of the Marketing Department, you will be leading a team in developing marketing and digital strategies for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the calendar activities of the Department.

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building, account management and lead generation.

• Understand the market dynamics through extensive market research, analyze competitor moves to generate market-share metrics, identify opportunities for business growth and develop plans to capture market share in new areas.

• B2B Lead generation for our Real Estate business using all aspects of Digital Marketing components such as SEO, Social media marketing, Email marketing, Affiliate marketing, and SEM (Search Engine Marketing).

• Should have experience in driving Lead generation campaigns, social reach activities in LinkedIn, Ad copy, and bidding strategy. LinkedIn ads, and Google ads, ensuring marketing messages with goals & objectives.

• Knowledgeable in Language-specific (Ad copy, creative) campaigns based on targeting geographical location.

• Social media paid campaigns and optimization to minimize cost per click, Lead generating campaigns

• Well-versed in Landing page creation / Optimization

• Launch & optimize various Google ads campaigns such as Search ads campaigns, Display ads campaigns, and Video ads. Monitor the budget and adjust the bid to gain better ROI. Email marketing campaigns to the right audience with various email ids sets for newsletters, Offers, targeting for best email Open rate, and click-through rate.

• Keyword research, Identifying. Qualified keywords, Targeted keyword ranking improvement, using on-page & Off-page SEO strategy.

• SEO On-page content optimization according to category & keywords, keywords optimized content suggestion, blog posting.

• Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey

• Build, execute, and optimize demand gen campaigns

• Manage the Organic social media channels and publish regional content

• Execute Webinars, Newsletters, and Content-driven campaigns • Work with third-party agencies to execute campaign roll-out (e.g., Design, Content, Performance)

Qualifications:

• Should have 5 – 10 years experience in Real Estate in Dubai, UAE

• Strong knowledge of lead generation.

• Visual expertise and strong copy writing skills

• Should be up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

• Should be up to date with the latest projects of big developers’ companies in Dubai. • Must be a Team Leader

• Only with Real Experience will be considered

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From AED10,000.00 per month
