Our client has an opportunity for an experienced Banking & Finance Senior Associate to join their industry-leading and growing transactional Banking team. This is an exciting and challenging role and is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious banking lawyer looking to develop their knowledge and progress their career within a global firm.

• You will work across a wide range of transactions, specifically leveraged finance, real estate finance, general corporate lending and global syndicated lending.
• You will work directly with some of the world’s leading Banks and Financial Institutions and collaborate with experts throughout the wider firm and across client’s international offices.
• You will have the support of an excellent team and comprehensive legal training.

Requirements

• General banking & finance, structured finance and project finance experience.
• 6+ years PQE.
• Needs to have knowledge of Saudi Arabian law and practice.
• Able to manage transactions and assist in managing of junior lawyers and trainees.
• Needs to have knowledge of Saudi Arabian law and market practices.
• Good team player with a sense of adventure and an eagerness to build their profile in the local and regional market.
• Right experience, exposure and knowledge of the region.
