Role and Responsibilities
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management across different departments. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues. The incumbent will act as an employee champion and change agent. They will assess and anticipate HR-related needs, communicate needs proactively with the HR department and business management and seek to develop integrated solutions.
The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. This person will work very closely with the Senior team to support ECFT and evaluate if there is a need to develop the leadership structure to support engagement of all people leaders.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources in the UAE with at least 2 years proven experience in an HRBP role.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or Finance with Professional Certification in CIPD or SHRM.
High degree of professionalism and ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.
Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills with the ability to communication with various levels of management.
Proven experience in problem solving & dealing with complex issues.
