Charterhouse is working with a multinational, market-leading organisation within the transportation industry, who are looking for an experienced Psychologist working within the Human Resources Department.
The role as part of the HR team will provide psychological and clinical support to management using researched methods to promote a healthy wellbeing and working environment.
About the role
Your main duties will include but are not limited to, administer psychometric assessments to select employees to ensure all are appropriately screened from a psychological perspective. The psychological support will begin at the stage of onboarding applicants, studying their behaviour in the workplace and offering regular short-term individual counselling throughout their employment.
You will oversee administration of the psychological testing tools. This role will also involve conducting workshops related to psychological topics to selected employees.
As the psychologist, you will provide key input into the behavioural interviews and assessments to ensure employees wellbeing and emotional stability, as well as developing team building exercises that are designed to improve communication and team work.
About you
The successful candidate must have experience within a similar position. It is preferred that you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience providing psychological support which involves psychotherapy and behavioural therapy. The ideal candidate should hold a master’s Degree (or equivalent) within Clinical or Occupational Psychology. You should have excellent communication skills and able to work well with others.
