Job Title: Consumer Research

Job Responsibilities:
l Responsible for user insight and research work on docking business lines, and establish user portraits;
l Multi-channel collection of industry, competing products, and relevant information of target customer groups, multi-dimensional insight into the development trend of enterprise-level services, and output relevant reports;
l According to the current business situation, through prototype evaluation, user behavior analysis, usability testing and other activities, provide valuable data insights and analysis reports for relevant departments such as products, and promote the implementation of key user needs;
l Assist in participating in the construction of the user experience measurement system and user research capability platform, and support products and services to achieve a closed-loop experience optimization.
job requirements:
l More than 3 years of work experience, with certain experience in user research projects;
l Psychology, sociology, statistics, marketing or business analysis related majors, master degree or above is preferred;
l Master a variety of qualitative and quantitative user research methods, such as: questionnaire survey, user interview, usability test, user behavior analysis, etc.;
l Have keen analysis and insight ability, clear thinking and rigorous logic in doing things;
l Good communication skills and driving skills, full of team spirit
l Working experience in ToC industry is preferred
l Can speak Chinese is preferred
