Bachelor’s Degree Holder

with 7 to 10 years Experience in LARGE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, preferably with an ENGINEERING BACKGROUND

Familiar with ABU DHABI AUTHORITIES REGULATIONS and PROCEDURES with the CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

English/Arabic speaking NOC Coordinator required

With Driving License

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordination with the corporate Client dealings (both internal and external) and liaise with all government offices and service authorities for all technical queries and issues.
• Liaise with all relevant Agencies/Authorities and Client team to obtain necessary approvals and NOCs.
• Attend site kick-off and co-ordination meetings and provide support during construction NOC for site issues.
• Support project team in seeking approvals.
• Track utilities NOCs and ensure all of them are completed on time.

• Monitor project schedules regularly to determine any delays or deviations.

• Track project progress and ensure all project activities are completed on-time.

• Assess potential issues and technical challenges and accordingly develop resolutions.

• Participate in project design meetings and recommend improvements if needed.

• Analyze and resolve project issues in a timely and accurate manner.

• Coordinate with management in developing project scope, plan, deliverables, budget and milestones.

• Completes additional duties as assigned.

Salary: From AED7,000.00 per month
