We are currently recruiting for an Ecommerce Merchandiser to be a part of our Commercial team. This role would ideally be UAE based but could also be remote.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly update site content (on various corporate websites (external/internal) as well as design/develop new landing pages for various online campaigns
• Implement effective web merchandising strategies, including product categorization, home page promotions, on-site search results, product page optimization and cross-sell/up-sell strategies
• Plan and execute ongoing tests to improve conversion, engagement and loyalty through A/B testing, customer segmentation, cart abandonment strategies, remarketing
• Conduct daily audits of the site to check the depth and product exposure is being surfaced and attractively presented via product collections, product positioning, and cross sell and upsell opportunities to maximize conversion and AOV
• Review and analyze daily reports as it pertains to sales and web metrics to connect web behavioral profiles to customer, sales, and merchandising data
• Create and present weekly, monthly, and seasonal analyses of overall web performance to Marketing, Merchandising, and Product Development teams to drive necessary improvements
• Make recommendations to optimize site navigation and product page templates based on site metrics and industry best practices
• Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing web data and trends

Requirements

• Over 2 years’ experience in a similar role with a large-scale fashion/apparel business
• Experience working with a CMS and Magento is ideal
• Experience with Google analytics and tools
