Job Description:
Map the order flow of mixtures (raw materials from other production)
Propose improvements to eliminate waste
Reduce the time spent on this process by 20% and make it robust to production variations (do not exceed the upper limit of the stock standard for more than 4 days)
Set up an IT management tool for raw materials
Conduct a lean study to identify wasted time and re-entry during the raw material supply management process
Identify the obstacles to the implementation of pull flows with suppliers
Job Requirements:
Knowledge of supply chain,
lean manufacturing ,
Value stream mapping
Proficiency in Excel software
Production (MRP2 and MRP) and industrial management (production range, stock management process, etc.)
