Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a western trained Nurse Manager for their client in Sharjah, which is a JCI accredited multispecialty hospital.We are looking for MOH, DHA or DOH licensed Nurse Managers – Quality with a minimum of 10 to 12 years of work experience and 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality.Overseas candidates with relevant experience may also apply for this vacancy.You will be responsible for policy development, quality and compliance as per local and national healthcare policies.Develop quality improvement programs to measure quality and ensure highest quality of patient care.
Salary : upto Aed 25,000 to 30,000 per month (salary will be commensurate with the qualifications, experience and knowledge of the candidate)
