HR Administrator

Based in Dubai, Hello Chef is a rapidly growing e-commerce meal kit company. We’re looking to change the way people cook and eat forever and to achieve that we’ve invested in hiring the best people and creating the best systems.

We’re currently looking for an HR Administrator. Reporting to the HR Manager, we have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join us to support day-to-day HR Administrative tasks and HR processes.

Mission

The mission of the HR Administrator to provide administrative support to the HR team, organize and maintain employee documentation, assist with the hiring process and immigration/legal paperwork, and answer employee questions.

Accountabilities, Goals, and Outcomes

• Maintain employee records up to date in the Hello Chef HR system according to policy and legal requirements.
• Ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely manner; be the point of contact for follow up.

• Manage all health and safety training according to the UAE legal requirements.
• Support hiring and payroll process.

• A natural ‘people person’ with great communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence.
• Highly organized and self-starter.
• Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

What you’ll need

• Be knowledgeable of the UAE’s Labor laws and procedures within Immigration and Ministry of Labor.

• Solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions
• Good computer skills (MS Office).
