We Need Female Candidates for our MEP Division as Admin-Operation Executive who can join immediately.

Offered Salary- AED2500- AED3500/ per month

Visa Status- Spouse Visa/ Parents Visa preferred

Qualification- Bachelor’s degree (Technical Background is preferred)

Experience- At least 3 years of experience in Facility Management (MEP Experience Preferred) in Dubai

Job Description-
1) Allocating the day-to-day work assignments to the Team. (Manpower Allocation)
2) Prepare daily schedules, respond to clients, manage their complaints, propose solutions.
3) Coordinate with accounts and operations departments.
4) Update & maintain client asset register & its maintenance history.
5) Report to management, organize reports, and upload them on the software
6) Generate daily, weekly & monthly reports on facilities operations.
7) Maintaining the facilities’ execution records.
8) Coordinating with client representative on day-to-day facilities management.
9) Coordinating with internal departments for site-related and material/vendor resources.
10) Respond to the Emergency callouts at any time.
