Title: Facility Engineer

Years of Experience: 2 – 4 years

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 5000 – 6000

Contract: 11 months

Responsibilities

• Ensuring service contractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and QBG’s Integrated Management System
• Leading the Service Delivery Management Team
• Overseeing the management and delivery of MEP and other FM services to all buildings under management
• Assisting with developing and monitoring annual operational FM budgets
• Advising on asset life cycle costs and replacement program.
• Managing the interface with the helpdesk / CAFM system
• Ensuring that service delivery performance data is captured in accordance with agreed procedures
• Prepare and monitor all maintenance schedule and daily operations
• Coordinate with consultants for approvals of any modification / construction works completed.
• Assist and Oversee & manage all specialized Maintenance and Facilities Management services.
• Liaise with government sectors like DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Etisalat etc. for inspections and approvals for all projects.
• Ensure clear KPI and SLA’s are in place for supervisors and subcontractors.

Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
