We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for our Manufacturing /Re-Manufacturing of Oil & Gas Drilling EquipmentIndustry. Applicant must have good organizational skills, able to follow directions in sales. Applicant must have 8-10 years (UAE) of Oil & Gas manufacturing products sales experience. Must work well with others with a team attitude. Responsible for the Business Development aspect for the organization, identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluating current business performance and maximizing business reach and potential.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

— Bringing Sales to the company.

· Organizing sales visits. Demonstrating and presenting products.

· Establishing new business.

Reporting to Managing Director for all sales activities

— Receiving & processing of enquires from customers.

— Preparation of manufacturing /Re-manufacturing of oil and gas drilling equipment Quotation and submit to customer.

— Reviewing order records pertinent details of any customer requirements related for the product specification, together with all documents, Application of API monogram, statuary and regulatory requirements.

— Arranging contract review, commitment compliance and resolution of all customer complaints.

— Arranging to have quality assessment at the customer interface and comparing the same with company’s own assessment and initiating appropriate improvement measures

— Formalizing with the customer, the extent of verification by Drilltech PCI upon receipt of customer – supplied products, if any.

— Tracking delivery performance and initiating improvement measures.

— Communicating with customer, getting the customer feedback, customer satisfaction survey result from customer.

— Setting daily targets and monitoring performance.

— Maintaining a saleable register.

— Negotiating the sale of properties to the best advantage of the vendor.

— Ensuring the appropriate and timely use of all marketing material.

— Being aware of market conditions and trends.

— Sales progressing deals to completion and dealing with difficult customers on behalf of team.

— Ensuring all written communication is appropriate, accurate and follows our standards

— Ensuring regular feedback is provided to vendors and all offers are relayed.

— Keeping records of all activity.

— Selling all company services strongly and ethically.

— Selling our company services to generate new and repeat business.

— Keeping management informed by submitting daily activity Reports.

— To prepare quotes based on the requirements

— Communicate to customer on the quotes and revisions.

— Estimate the price of products

— To Log enquiries in enquiry register.

— And/or any other tasks/projects as assigned by Management.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

— To achieve monthly or annual targets.

— Ensures that sales quotas and additional team goals are consistently met.

— Ensuring instructions are set up correctly and the customer’s requirements are exceeded

— Responsible for Marketing and Business development of domestic & international market.

AUTHORITY:

— Delegation of work related sales functions.

— To report any unsafe behaviors to immediate Supervisor, safety representative and for conflicts directly communication to HSEQ Personnel.

— Authority on HSEQ grounds to stop operations or delivery of product on the existence of an immediate risk of harm to personnel or environmental pollution and damage to property.

HSEQ SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

Drilltech Operates Integrated Management System (IMS) at all operational facilities to meet their Business, Legal and Moral HSEQ obligations. All personnel are required to work in full compliance with the requirements set out in the Drilltech Group IMS, this will include as a minimum.

· Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with company Quality, Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.

· Not undertake any task for which authorization and/ or training has not been given.

· Ensure the highest standard of workmanship produced is in accordance with the company expectations and as per customer, regulatory standard and specification.

· Promote good health, safety and environmental practices throughout all company activities.

· Wear Personal Protective Equipment required.

· Take care to prevent harm to myself and others or the environmental that may be caused by our acts or omissions.

· Keep work area neat, organized & free of trip and other hazards.

· Report hazards in plant, equipment and other work place, or short comings in the existing controls, to a superior without delay.

· Help the managements system by expressing better and safer ways to perform tasks and improve policies and procedures.

· Participate in HSEQ training required to meet minimum identified for position undertaken

· Attend HSEQ meetings and trainings as and when required.

· PHYSICAL DEMAND CATEGORY:

· Sedentary Work

· Lifting 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools.

· Light Duty

· Lifting 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

· Medium Work

· Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

· Heavy Work

· Lifting 100 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carryon of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

· Very Heavy Work

· Lifting objects in excess of 100 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing 50 pounds or more.
