Associate Marine Sales Executive

Responsible for all types of operations related to Sales for Mariner Lubricants Marketing by achieving marine sales targets and coordinate marine inventory in all international & local locations. Maximise profitability by achieving customer satisfaction and maintaining good relationship with all customers.
Marine Lubricants Sales
1. Identify new potential marine customers in UAE and international markets.
2. Coordinate with the Marine team to increase Marine sales, provide customer service & logistics assistance for the global market
3. Prepare and submit monthly consolidated Sales Report.
4. Generate bi-monthly forecast report for different international locations in terms of Marine sales
5. Coordinate all ENOC Marine events and exhibitions.

Order Management
6. Receives and processes all orders received from ENOC customers through Oracle by raising invoices to customers and ensures that all orders are timely executed
7. Co-ordinates with Marine Sales Manager the preparation of orders, follow up with the production and time of dispatch
8. Execute marine orders on timely basis, track the progress and keep customers updated
9. Work on pricing as per the margin set by the Marine Sales Manager which is based on the market requirements and the type of the customers

10. Reply to customer inquiries related to product availability, prices, providing equivalent and so on
11. Carry out the necessary investigations for customer complaints and coordinate with the different parties involved to resolve the issue
12. Understand customer requirements to enhance key customer relationships, and embrace best practice sales and operational management, reinforces the needs of the customers.

1. Educational Qualification – University bachelor degree or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years on logistics and marine business
3. Excellent communication skills, written and oral, ability to develop effective internal relations. Excellent English (spoken & written)
4. Strong knowledge company’s marine strategy and Strong knowledge of marine operations
5. Excellent Teamwork skills, Excellent negotiation skills, Excellent problem solving skills and Excellent sales skills
