Accountabilities:
1. Responsible to create AOP monthly and yearly sales objectives based on business trends and future plans , and drive SKU/ brand strategy focus through translating these objectives by region/Channel.
2. Incharge of D&A budget analysis , tracking and propose budget allocation based on AOP activities and trends to Country Director
3. Accountable for tracking S&D cost center expenses on monthly & yearly basis , propose productivity initiatives budgets.
4. Responsible for the monthly trade activities in coordination with marketing and trade marketing teams and get the alignment from Country Director
5. Full ownership of the demand planning cycle whereby he leads S&OP and SIP from sales side with close coordination with Supply chain team
6. Accountable to create the Sales Commission Scheme for the whole sales organization, control and approve the monthly payment of commission in alignment with Country Director
