Conjugate’s client- A leading Property Developer Hiring for Property consultant/ Sales Manager Dubai (Kazakhs) Job at Dubai Full Time

This Sales Manager/ Property Consultant role is based in Dubai for Kazakh and CIS nationals. Interviews will happen in Kazakhstan in September and Dubai.

We are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic, proactive, and assertive Female Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities:

*The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, and intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.

*Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.

*Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.

*Presentation to customers on the project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals. Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.

*Building a network of real estate brokers with the region and international level as well. Maintaining an extensive database of Brokers/Channel Partners/Individual Clients. Updating customers data and sales records diligently on salesforce.

*Coordinate with the allied teams for necessary paperwork. All relevant documents to be verified, prior to processing a sale and ensuring the initial payments are collected within the stipulated time.

*Knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide customers with integrity and build trust. Adhere and ensure compliance with the company guidelines and policies.

Education & Experience:

*Bachelor’s degree

*Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales is desirable. Target driven with a

proven track record of success in a similar role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED11,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
