Your Responsibilities
· Acquisition of properties for sale and rent
· Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value
· Providing customers with assistance throughout the entire sales process
· Prepare necessary documentation to complete transactions
· Sales and marketing activities
· Continue to develop network to become an area specialist in your community
· Keep up to date with market trends and best practices
Requirements
· Knowledge of sales techniques with at least one year in a sales role preferably within the UAE
· Strong negotiation skills – experience in offering expert customer service
· Ability to work independently with great dedication
· Strong communication skills – written and spoken English is a must, Arabic is a plus
· Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a large team
· Must have your own car and a valid UAE driver’s license
