The Role
Currently seeking an experienced and degree educated Learning & Development Associate in Dubai, our client is one of the most instantly recognizable global management consultancy organisations. You will be responsible for the administration of all internal training within the Middel East region for both Consultants and Business Support staff and will therefore interact with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure a success training cohort each time. Supporting the L&D Team, you will be engaged in the orientation of all new joiners in their first few weeks and therefore you will collaborate monthly with all internal trainers, IT teams, facilities management and the new employees directly to ensure all logistics, equipment and document support is actioned on time. When organising training for the Consultants and Business Support Teams you will manage all invites, queries, attendees, registers, standby wait lists, cancellations, room facilities and be on hand to support the trainers on delivery day with any last minute and ad hoc requests as required. Post training you will work closely with your L&D Manager to facilitate feedback surveys and analyse the findings to ensure a constant method of improvement year on year. All supporting information and tracking is updated on Trello board, Tableau, Excel and Salesforce and strong software/ ERP knowledge is essential for this role. Throughout this process you will also work to enhance all stakeholder relationships with employees, and trainers in order to represent the L&D department and the company’s reputation at all times. This is a highly collaborative role and it requires those with confidence and excellent communications skills as it is expected that the role will develop over time and become more involved in L&D delivery projects.

Requirements
We are therefore seeking only those who have administration and cohort management experience within a professional services environment. You will be degree educated and an exceptional communicator, with strong stakeholder management capabilities. This role also requires a strong service orientation and quick responsiveness to queries in order to develop strong relationships at all levels. Therefore, it is expected that the successful applicant will be able to handle multiple deadlines and priorities on a daily basis.
