We are looking for a competent Logistics Executive to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our UAE Operations. You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods.

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations

• Support to business by providing proactive visibility on order management, shipments execution status and fulfilment of export transactions in conformance to both international import/ export regulations and internal processes

• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction

• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements

• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.

• Prepare accurate reports for the management

• Create an excellent relationship with customers / distributors

• Ensure efficient order processing flow from order fulfilment and invoice generation to after sales services for the dedicated region

• Have complete ownership of the order processing flow

• Proven experience as logistics coordinator

• Knowledge of local laws & regulations

• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes

• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field

• Cost effective management skills
