We are looking for a marketing manager with advertising agency experience, to help grow the brand and expand our reach. The ideal candidate will have a strong advertising background, with the ability to think creatively while achieving the company goals and KPIs.

The job involves working collaboratively with the design team, outsourced projects, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the Group to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
• Develop a range of external and internal content including press releases, flyers, brochures, website ads, digital ads, blogs, and articles.
• Write compelling scripts and treatments for social materials especially video graphics.
• Undertake market and competitor analysis to ensure understanding of the business, market environment, and products/brands
• Provide clear goals and objectives for projects and campaigns with specific guidance and performance measures.
• Discuss, plan, manage, and evaluate our running advertising campaigns
• Maintain the highest standards of quality throughout the development and implementation of all work
• Develop new business by analyzing the brand’s potential, identifying, and evaluating additional needs and growth opportunities

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a marketing/account manager with an advertising agency background.
• Experience in producing content and campaigns for social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Tiktok).
• Strong copywriting experience is required to develop copy and content creation.
• A Bachelor’s degree obtained from a Western University in the appropriate field is preferred
• Persuasive communication and organizational skills
