A global multinational professional services business are currently looking to add a Senior HR Manager to the HR operations function. The role will manage the HR function across the Middle East offices, whilst supporting the opening of new locations. You will be responsible for streamlining the human resource policies, processes and systems.
- A minimum of 8 years within a professional services or customer focused driven business.
- Must have extensive experience managing high volume operational HR functions
- Must have team management experience
- Must be an expert in the Middle East labour laws in multiple locations, inclusive of UAE, KSA, Turkey, Qatar
- Must be highly analytical in your approach
