ZUVO BEAUTY TRADING CO. L.L.C., situated in INTERNATIONAL CITY, Dubai, is a renowned online merchant specializing in electrical beauty products. It’s imperative for candidates to boast a minimum of one year of experience in the UAE and currently reside in the region.
We are actively seeking a professional experienced in online sales through platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and Carrefour. The ideal candidate should be proficient in product listing, content creation, overseeing both FBA & FBM processes, inventory management, addressing customer return issues, executing campaigns, bolstering product sales, formulating marketing strategies, monitoring competitor prices and actions, sourcing products, and conducting keyword analysis.
UAE-specific experience and immediate availability is a must.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
– Administer inventory across Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce platforms.
– Create, maintain, and refine product listings on all platforms.
– Continuously monitor competitor listings.
Fluency in English & Hindi, both in speech and writing, is essential.
**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Selecting products, packaging, and coordinating with courier services for dispatch.
2. Addressing phone inquiries.
3. Standard office tasks including filing claims, liaising with vendors, and emailing customers.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
– We’re seeking an individual with a background in packaging and warehouse functions, preferably within a mail-order or Amazon/Noon-centric business.
– Adeptness in using OUTLOOK, WORD, and EXCEL is mandatory.
**EMPLOYMENT DETAILS**
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
