Job Description

Looking for person to assists with financial tasks such as managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting. To support the accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Candidate Requirements

– A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
– Familiarity with basic accounting principles, such as accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial statements is important.
– Proficiency in working with numbers, performing calculations, and analyzing financial data is required.
– Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel.
– Effective communication, both written and verbal, is essential for collaborating with colleagues, clients, and vendors. The ability to explain financial concepts clearly and concisely is important in communicating financial information.
– Strong organizational and time management skills are needed to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
