Minimum of total 5 years of work Experience is a must with minimum of 2 years experience in UAE.

• · Greeting. One of the way is how the guest is being greeted – the guest be greeted with 30 sec of arrival. It is appropriate to address the guest Miss, Mrs or use the first name. Addressing guest by name is at the heart of any strategy that values customer experience when they enter the door. What does the person experience mean? Means treating customer not like “costumers” but as people with wants, needs , hopes and desires.
• Meet and walk the guest to the treatment station checking if the guest prefers something to drink or has any other requirements like taking the coat, bag or showing where is the rest room is.
• Carry out a detailed consultation with every guest (new or regular) before starting the service.
• Make professional recommendations before starting the treatment.
• Explaining which products will be used and why, during the treatment.Upselling adds on to the service.
• Demonstrate confidence and technical ability to perform all services.
• Engage in professional conversation with the guest.
• Educate the guest how to maintain the nails at home.
• Attempts and succeeds to re-book the guest next visit

• Allergy reactions on any chemicals such as: acryl, alcohol, antiseptic liquids, gel, gel polish, treatment and scrubbing products.
• In case of ingrowth the client has to sign the agreement
• When was her last visit of nail technician.
• The reason why she didn’t like the previous salon/technician
• Her desire towards her current session
• Showing the color book before suggesting any nail color
• Asking if she is agree to use treatment products such as: scrub, mask, cream, cuticcule oil.
• Flexibility of work space as per guest’s request
• Mani+ pedi combo at the same time, If it is requested by client technician has to be ready to shift a work space
• Mani+ Make up + hair express- nail technician has to be ready to work in the make up room
• Each technician has to memorize price list of salon for all areas
• After finishing each service technician has to write down on special blank, the guest name, technician name, provided service, price of service , signature of employee.
• Accompany the guest to a reception and respectfully ask feedback about the service which was done.

EDUCATION:

5-10 years of experience is a must in the same field and industry.

• Makes an effort to utilize and perfect all the techniques learned.

PROFESSIONAL IMAGE:

Is the image we project about ourselves and one must follow certain rules in order to maintain a professional and impeccable image:

• Consistently wear clean and ironed uniform that is compliant with the company dress code policy.
• Finished and arranged hair.
• Manicured nails (no chipped polish allowed)
• Appropriate and professional make up
• Clean and appropriate ballerina shoes. Sandals, boots, sport shoes and flip flops are strictly prohibited.
• Proper socks and undergarments are to be worn at all times.
• Appropriate accessories to enhance professional image
• Impeccable personal hygiene (regular shower, application of deodorant and any other actions needed to eliminate unwanted odors is such occur).

ATTENDANCE:

• Work days and hours as per the schedule
• Arrival 15 min before duty starts
• Consistently ask for authorization before leaving early or mandatory
• Provides to management adequate notice if time of is needed
• To be prepared and on time for any scheduled trainings classes and seminars.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENT:

SANITATION:

• Theoretical and practical knowledge of using nipper, clipper, pusher, scissors, tweezers, orange sticks , file, buff, brush, acrylic and gel brushes, UV gel, Acrylic, regular polish, gel polish, UV lamp and electric drill
• All equipment is consistently spotless and in good condition (sharpened, cleaned Sanitized)
• Steps of sanitation:
• Use the disposable towels on top of the actual towel
• The disposable kit has to be use for each client personal (After each client give the report of used product to inventory)
• Sanitation of metal Tools
• 1.barbicide liquid-15 mins
• wash with clean water
• Sterilizing machine without pouch-15mins
• Place tools into the disposable pouch
• Open the pouch in front of the client before use
• Cleaning the pedicure area with alcohol spray after each session.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers/staff are required to wear a mask all the time.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jumeirah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
