Order Management Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a new colleague in the Marine Sales Dubai department at our location in Dubai.

Your tasks:

• Purchasing and Sales document creation and management with relevant entities: SQ, SO, PO, PI, Invoices, etc.
• Review of terms and conditions of customers and suppliers and relevant follow up (deliveries, payments, shipments, etc.)
• Negotiation, creation, submission and follow up for negotiable documents, including LC, PBG
• Logistics support with management of shipments and forwarders, including proper support to different countries import and export regulations
• Reporting (Sales report, orders report, forecast report) and data analysis; preparation of relevant presentations as needed

Your profile:

• Completed university degree from an accredited academic institution / with an equivalent combination of training
• Proficiency with management of all commercial documents. A previous experience of minimum 3 years in a similar role will be a preferential feature
• Working knowledge of MS Office tools. Good proficiency with Excel, including basics of data analysis
• Ability to work independently while relating with multiple parties (RU colleagues, suppliers, customers, forwarders)
• Excellent communication skills, fluent English
