job Brief

The incumbent helps the sales representatives improve their productivity by supporting them with any task related administrative duties. · Circulating LPO’s and contracts via e-mail to the concern Salesperson
· Forwarding email to concern department coordinator for updating product delivery schedule.
· Maintain Database of LPOs & Contract Copes and other documentations file in the company shared drive for easy and quick references.
· Coordinating with Sales Coordinator and sales staff for LPO
· Support and assist fellow team members / departments, as and when needed to meet company / department goals.
· Effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues..
· Identify problems and address it to the team leader.
· Respond to any inquiries regarding the department and task.
