The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. . He/she is responsible for an end to end sales process which involves; Lead generation, Cold Calling, Meeting with Clients, Prospecting, Converting into customers and finally overseeing excellent after sales services. Must be energetic, well-spoken, eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• To market study and promote company services in new markets.
• Study of competitors activities and decide marketing strategy.
• Look out for Clients for PRO Service, Business Set up services and our other related Services.

· Taking appointments with the potential clients and closing the deals.

• Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
• Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area
• Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
• Inform clients about new services and discounts
• Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g. through informative brochures and gift cards)
• Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
• Manage our call centre.
• Performing administrative tasks such as filing, updating records, and logging transactions.
• Maintain a tidy reception area
• Order business cards, brochures and stationery as needed

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers and POS systems
• Familiarity with processing transactions
• Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude
• Solid organization and record-keeping skills
• An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
• High School diploma
