YOOCHA MATCHA™ is a dynamic matcha supplier for 350+ Cafes & specialty coffee shops in the UAE & KSA. We are growing and looking for an experienced Warehouse Specialist as part of our team who will manage and organize the warehouse and its inventory. Key Responsibilities:Manage and organize the warehouse including the inventory, products, and packing materials.Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label).Coordinate with shipping/delivery company by preparing documents, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery issues.Ensure accurate inventory counts, and document all movement of products in and out of the warehouse.Monitor warehouse supplies, update the main office on inventory status, and report any issues promptly. Qualifications:2+ years of experience in inventory management, and order fulfillment.F&B or retail experience is mandatory.Proficient in Microsoft Office, 1C, CRM.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.Independent individual with effective problem-solving skills.Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a car.Currently based in UAE.
