Key Responsibilities:
· Developing brand strategies for the Coffee Shop through various channels
· Promoting brand growth and expansion
· Implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability
· Ensure to achieve sales and profit targets set by the company
· Stay current on market trends and competitive activity
· Establish and maintain brand budgets
· Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
· Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
· Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
· Manage the day-to-day activities of the store
· Ensure all staff is following standard operating procedures
· Generate daily sales report and report it to the manager.
· Follow daily and weekly sales trends closely
· Present analysis of monthly sales report at monthly management meeting
· Communicate for the re-order of products and ensure all items are well stocked
· Ensure the long-term health and profitability of the store
· Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service.
· Suggesting new menu items based on customers’ preferences and feedback.
· Able to oversee the maintenance and repair of store equipment.
· Build brand recognition and awareness through marketing campaign and in-store promotions
Candidate Requirement:
· Fluent in English (writing & verbal communication)
· Experience working as a Brand Manager in UAE
· Experience in F&B/ Coffee Shop
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Must have a valid UAE driving license
· Bachelor Degree in Marketing
