Job Description
Summary of essential job functions:
•Drive sales planning and structure, leading and orchestrating new opportunities within the construction sector.
•Maintaining and expand customer base.
•Building & maintaining relationships with key customers and identifying new customer opportunity.
•MUST have excellent presentation skills
•Ability to feed your own pipeline with lead generation through prospecting and cold calling.
•Ability to represent the company in a professional manner to customers and the construction business community at large including C-level engagements
•Achieve the revenue and sales target set by the organization
•A business development focused approach mainly through attracting new client sales and penetrating new areas of opportunity within established clients.
•Daily updating and maintenance of Salesforce.
Tasks and duties to be performed:
•Manage all aspects of the sales process, from visioning, prospecting to closure and account management.
•Closely engage with customers and decision makers.
•Drive annual sales within your area of responsibility with significant growth.
•Deliver accurate reports and pipelines.
•Perform variety of other administrative duties as directed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
•UAE Driving License
•10 years of sales experience in a construction industry
•Experience in Target oriented job description and Target achievement history
•Highly self-motivated
•Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
•Ability to prioritize own workload
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
