Yamanote Atelier Restaurant Hiring for Cost Controller Job at Dubai Full Time

We are looking for Cost Controller to join our dynamic team. The candidate should preferably have previous experience in a similar role with reputed hospitality organizations.

Responsibilities:

1. Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.

2. To ensure that all food and beverage control procedures are strictly adhered to. More specifically he must, monitor activities relating to food and beverage purchasing, receiving, storage and issue procedures, menu planning, analysis, menu engineering, production, portion control, pricing and inventories.

3. To administer sound food and beverage cost control systems and procedures so as to ensure that F & B profits are maximized, consistent with high standards of quality and service.

4. Check the cost of sales in all outlets and ensure that the costs are within budget.

5. To prepare reports to keep management informed about day to day food and beverage cost trends.

6. Spot check on the receiving department to ensure that the scales are correct and goods are checked for quality.

7. Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval from the respective department head

8. To supply to the Food and Beverage Manager, information necessary for planning and control of the department.

Qualification:

Experience: Min 5 years on the same position (Cost Controller in F&B Industry or any hospitality) is a must.

Bachelors Degree in Accounting
