The objective is to ensure all bids are commercially viable and profitable, technically sound and delivers on the customer experience. The Engineering and Project Solutions (EP&S) Manager, Oceania has overall responsibility and manages a team of EP&S engineers and specialists, who contributes to the fulfillment of Xylem’s objectives and profitability of the business. Integral to this is also managing the transition from bid to delivery with the project delivery team, ensuring that all requirements and deliverables are clearly communicated.

The EP&S Manager is responsible for the overall tender process, from submitting tenders and contract review to successful delivery, supporting the sales and operations of the business.

He/she is expected to be an ambassador for Xylem with key industry or professional associations/bodies and acts as a key strategic leader contributing actively at Oceania leadership team level.
