We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager based in Dubai who can develop and execute a regional marketing plan designed to generate leads and pipeline for the region to support sales revenue and regional revenue & pipeline targets. The candidate shall collaborate with the Sales team to understand its key accounts, target accounts, pipeline coverage, sales priorities & to determine the best marketing strategy such as Digital Marketing, Field Marketing & activities like webinars, regional content syndication, and various end-user demand generation activities. The role also requires to work with channel partners and drive pipeline development activities across the region.Responsibilities:Partner with regional sales leaders to establish marketing priorities & develop shared pipeline forecasts with Sales based on a solid understanding of the contributions of various marketing tactics executed by both field and Central marketing teamsManage the regional budget to create a quarterly marketing investment plan for the regionCollaborate with channel partners to build joint marketing programs and increase partner-sourced contribution to the businessProvide regional support for the PR strategy that is developed by corporate and executed by local agenciesEnsure that all leads generated in the region are assigned appropriately and receive timely follow-up
