RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop data-driven market research and country/region-specific intelligence on
- Market and regulatory trends
- Market segments and sub-segments, characterizing size, and expected growth
- Customer procurement process and buying behaviors (including willingness to pay)
- The competitive landscape for CE offerings
- Market and customer needs
- Support Shaping country or region-specific Go-To-Market strategy by adapting CE-level GTM strategy for local market conditions
- Gathering market intelligence using tools such as surveys, customer interviews, sales feedback to inform segment-specific requirements and product development needs
- Gather and analyze data for input to the product and pricing teams on pricing strategy; partner with stakeholders to operationalize pricing
- Work closely with the sales account managers to help implement region/ country-specific go to market and product strategies
- Support regional sales teams by providing supporting content such as sales enablement training, regional product training, Webinars, and messaging customization

Support the yearly Go-To-Market exercise by:
- Keep the Total Addressable Markets for CE offerings by segment/sub-segments up to date
- Keep track of the regional product penetration across different countries/regions
- Keep updating the international dashboard regularly to provide high-level regional landscape updates

- Support launching new products and releases, defining product positioning, and ensuring operational readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of a comprehensive, launch plans
- Partner with product management, finance, and pricing teams to develop business cases
- Develop effective messaging and positioning to serve as content for marketing programs, differentiate CE solutions in the market, and communicate the benefits of CE to multiple buyer types
- Support regional sales and customer success teams with relevant sales collateral for ongoing sales and renewal activities
- Partner with the training team to deliver training to sales and customer success on both new and existing products and markets
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance. MBA highly desirable.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in product management, product marketing, or other marketing role/s
- Experience in strategic market research for Product Development, and bringing new products to market
- Previous experience and ability to manage projects involving cross-functional teams
- Professional international experience in the relevant region/countries.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
- Experience in the Healthcare IT industry is desirable
- Excellent quantitative/analytical skills
- Excellent time management, decision making, and organization skills
- Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
Travel Requirements:
- Up to 25% travel may be required
