including strategy, operating model, business architecture, capability

- Natural ability to shape, lead and drive outcome while working in multidisciplinary
team environment.
- o Ability to craft pragmatic solution / outcome solving for business
- problems or opportunities by integrating service & experience design,
- strategy and technology.
- o Ability to define and deliver blueprint for large / complex
- transformational engagements. Should have performed a similar role in
- at least one such transformational engagement.
- o Experience of leading and delivering architecture led change initiatives
- showcasing clear value and outcome in line with organisational priorities
- & target metrics.
- o Must be a self-starter with willingness to assume accountability and
- deliver. Should have taken end-end accountability for definition and
- implementation of change roadmap including target operating model,
- business and technology architecture as well as execution blueprints
- definition for technology enabled realisation.
- Experience of working in complex organisational environment and large-scale
transformation program(s).
