*Technical knowledge for software development processes, including front-end and back-end development, database design, and testing.

*Project management experience, should have experience managing software development projects, including planning, tracking, and reporting progress.

*Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and to motivate team members.

*Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their goals.

*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address issues that arise during the development process.

*Should be able to manage their time effectively and ensure that the project stays on schedule.
