Duties and Responsibilities
– Report directly to the Manager. Assist in Business center operations.
– Responsible in preparing the Lease Agreements for new tenants and assist tenants for their renewal.
– Responsible in the issuance of Ejari/Tenancy Contract and to ask for DED support if needed.
– Assist Taqeem and government staffs during their inspection for License renewal requirement.
– Follow-up customers for rental payments and remind tenants for their cheque deposits.
– Receive calls, assist all inquiries and direct calls to the concern persons.
– Responsible in issuing invoice and receipts for tenants and clients.
– Collect all receipts and prepare for VAT submission.
– Prepare posters and office leasing advertisement to boost our company and to attract more leads.
– Welcoming visitors to the office and introduce them to the appropriate personnel.
– Responsible for contacting suppliers for required AMC, ordering office stuffs, ensure office maintenance and excellent ambiance of our business center.
Minimum 2 years experience in UAE.
Having a Business Center experience is ideal.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
