We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at Desert Face Trading LLC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing warehouses and teams in compliance with company policies and vision.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations, as well as setting up layouts to ensure efficient space utilization. We are looking for a leader who can initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures, while adhering to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.The Warehouse Manager will also be responsible for maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security, as well as managing stock control and reconciling with data storage systems.Additional responsibilities include preparing annual budgets, liaising with clients, suppliers, and transport companies, planning work rotas, and recruiting, selecting, orienting, coaching, and motivating employees.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse management procedures and best practices, as well as proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.Leadership skills and ability to manage staff are essential, as well as strong decision making and problem solving skills.
