Tasks for the Logistics Position

• Organizing, preparing and running monthly demand planning meetings with the market directors, and presenting and defending new demand in VTI’s demand challenge meetings
• Securing slots capacity and balancing slots among markets
• Managing the daily process of order to delivery by supporting importers with order planning, order change, swaps, cancelation, order book updates, factory guideline, logistics documentation and delivery inquiries
• Taking part in financial estimate process by preparing invoicing and inventory forecasts
• Creating and updating weekly and monthly sales reports
• Coordinating payment and delivery & invoicing process in cooperation with relevant departments
• Following up inventory/sales/order intake process at importer level
• Supporting Total market forecast process for consolidation of data and reports
• Being the interface between VTI, GTO, factory, delivery department and the importers for any logistics related matter

Reporting
This position will report to the Managing Director and will be apart of the Management Team.

Period of Assignment
Mid May to Year End 2022
