Effectively consult with potential clients and advising on various aspects of the projects and investment options in line with their requirements
Work effectively in converting company assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales
Making appointments and facilitate tour for clients to the ‘World Islands’
Meet and exceed assigned targets discussed with the Sales Director
Advise on merits of properties and terms of sale
Coordinate with marketing team and represent the organization in exhibitions and other promotional activities of properties.
Finalize the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Follow up on all clients to maximize sales opportunities
Keep abreast of local zoning laws, financing institutions, residency and commercial procedures and other concerns of the client with regards to the sale of property to ensure smooth sales transactions
Prepare periodical sales activity reports for management information and decision making.
Ensure that all documentation concerning leads and account activities is correctly logged, stored and made available for reporting on a regular basis
Ensure regular visit to check on the inventory of product personally, asses them before showing them to prospective clients
Adept with technical know-how of documentation – E; Representation contracts.
Market, promote and sell completed & off plan properties that is part of The Heart of Europe inventory to the clientele globally.
Analyze client’s requirements as per their preference of properties and be effectively able to read between the lines and cater to the premium requirements

Salary: AED10,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
