Requirements
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field. 2. Proven experience as a cost controller or similar role. 3. Knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial analysis techniques. 4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 5. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. 6. Proficient in Excel, financial analysis software, and Oracle ERP. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
