The Sales Officer (Personal Loan) is responsible for developing and maintaining strong long-lasting relationships with customers and engages them to understand their financial needs and provide thoughtful solutions. • Manage a portfolio and provide a high level of service resulting in client retention and sales growth.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of loans to a satisfactory level between bank and borrower.
• Analyze financial information and apply sound underwriting to make credit decisions.
• Know/follow the banks’ loan policies and ensure members are following policies.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline.

Must have management skills.

1 – 2 years related successful U.A.E Banking experience.
