Job Description

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented quality assurance specialist to be in charge of all quality assurance activities. The quality assurance specialist’s responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying production, process, or product issues, and presenting solutions.

QA will assist to insure deliver projects quality and prevents launching a half-baked product. The longterm benefits of QA include:

Job Responsibilities

• Create quality measurements to track improvement in products

• Execute quality improvement testing and activities

• Develop quality assurance standards and company processes

• Adhere to industry quality and safety standards

• Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand

• Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing

• Work closely with the development team to improve existing products

• Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production.

Qualifications

Qualifications for Quality Assurance

• Testing automation experience preferred

• Working knowledge of salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics

• In-depth understanding of freezone processes

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field

• Good customer focus

• Sharp attention to detail

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Meticulous and diligent attributes

• Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision

• Able to sit, stand and walk around for long hours at a time
