Job Description
Hiring for a government client in Dubai.
- Reviews reports and documents related to future transportation and gives insight and suggestions wherever necessary.
- Manages future foresight projects, activities and processes across client, working with future foresight leads in Agencies and Sectors.
- Determines, records and keeps evidence of all ideas, projects, and initiatives relevant to the future of transport or mobility management, from internal and external stakeholders.
- Performs screening and preliminary interpretations of these and determines relevant ones for the future of Dubai.
- Follows up on client futuristic projects and produces reports.
- Participates in meetings relevant to future mobility and drafts memos and makes suggestions accordingly.
- Develops and follows up on instructions related to future mobility activities.
- Develops and follows up on instructions related to activities for mobility management as assigned
- Develops ad-hoc reports, presentations, and letters.
- Assists on projects, teams, and committees as required.
- Assists on budget management in compliance with client policies and regulations.
- Complies with client policy concerning stakeholders, customers, suppliers and employees, and performs tasks as per client code of conduct.
- Leads and assists on conducting studies related to infrastructure and transportation.
- Any additional responsibilities as advised by direct Line Manager or Head of Department.
- Manages all project items according to client rules and policies.
- Cooperates with all internal and external entities regarding work processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
8 years of working experience.
