Job Description

    • Responsible for monitoring adoption changes on processes and systems technology.

      • Collaborating with healthcare’s management to gather and analyze operational information.
      • Preparing change management strategies to increase platform usability and improve health outcomes, care Coordination and clinical Collaboration.
      • Conduct risk analysis for all new and changed service.
      • Ensures that change design is align with the company’s standards, IT policies and security standards.
      • Chair and conduct meetings on regular basis with Change Advisory Board (CAB) with right level of participation of IT stakeholders to fully understand the work plans, resources needed and required service downtime.
      • Accountable for education of the Change Management process within the organization.
      • Creating communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the strategy.
      • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
      • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
      • Responsible of communicating with healthcare facilities reminding them on their role and increase awareness of the adoption.
      • Plan and coordinate the service downtime needed to implement the change. Ensure that downtime have minimal impact to business and they are fully informed and understand the impact of the service downtime.
      • Conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIR).
      • Responsible for planning and conducting adoption workshop, adoption labs and meetings regarding adoption.

Qualifications

  • General education degree, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in similar role.
