Job Description
Financial Institutions Relations
- Sustain extensive investor relation exercise, including roadshows and conference calls, and
streamline responses to the public.
- Maintaining MIS related to this function.
- Prepare marketing material and lead the correspondence with banks/investors and with other
stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including financial institutions, by way of frequent engagements.
- Build and maintain relationships external constituencies, including government and non-government entities, for publication and marketing purposes.
- Interact with rating advisors and maintain relationship with rating agencies.
Marketing Dubai Credit
- Prepare Information Memorandum and maintain micro and macroeconomic information data base.
- Design the information packs required for the Rating Agencies, International Monetory fund and any other stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of Base Prospectus as part of the issuance programmers.
- Coordination with service providers for the preparation of roadshow strategies and investor
presentations.
- Monitor the debt market developments and provide periodic market updates to Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years relevant experience in the field to perform required tasks.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
